You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. We will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.

We reserve the right to request identity documents at any time, including but not limited to: a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport; proof of address where required; and a selfie or liveness check. Document uploads must be made only through our secure HTTPS verification portal. Never send documents via unsecured channels. Documents must not be altered, obscured or falsified in any way. Failure to complete verification may result in restriction of withdrawals or Account suspension.
Accounts are operated in Pakistani Rupee (PKR / Rs) for users in Pakistan. The displayed currency is for information purposes. Actual transaction processing may involve currency conversion depending on the operator's systems and payment method chosen.

Unless a promotion specifically states otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount, or the bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the promotion terms.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100% of stakes, while live casino, table games and certain sports bets may contribute a lower percentage or not at all. Always check the specific promotion terms for game contribution rates.
Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components. We recommend maintaining up-to-date security software on your device.
We reserve the right to suspend or close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or if required to do so by law or regulatory authority. In the event of closure for breach, Real Funds balances may be returned at our discretion after completion of any outstanding investigations, and Bonus Funds will be forfeited.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any Real Funds balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to satisfactory KYC completion and the absence of any pending investigations. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary closure.
Termination of your Account does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to termination, including any outstanding withdrawal requests or disputes.
